WHAT TYPE OF PROJECTS DOES ELEVATION BUILD?
Elevation is a full custom design/build company. We specialize in helping clients realize their dream home by working in collaboration with them on design and selections. With that design, we are able to work together with our sub contractors to build a beautiful home that will be a statement piece for the hoemowners.
WHY DOES ELEVATION NEED TO KNOW MY BUDGET?
The budget helps define the scope of the project. It allows Elevation to determine the size, features, and materials that can be included in the custom home. This ensures that the client gets a home that meets their needs and desires while staying within their financial limits.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DESIGN & BUILD MY HOME?
The timeline of designing and building a home can vary from project to project. Most of our homes take around six months from ground breaking to final cleaning. Project size can increase this timeline, but it is a good starting point. The design phase has more variables. Some clients come to us with a basic idea of what they are wanting to build, while others just know they want a new home. a typical custom designed home can be completed within two to three months.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO DESIGN A CUSTOM HOME?
Since every design is custom and different from the next, here at Elevation we don't have one set fee. Every process starts with just meeting were we discuss what each client is looking to achieve with design. That helps us determine what the complexity of the project is and if it will require any additional resources to be brought into the design process. After determining these parameters, we are more accurately able to estimate the design costs.
DO YOU BUILD "GREEN" OR SUSTAINABLE HOMES?
As a full service custom design/build firm, Elevation is able to build homes to any level of sustainability the client chooses. Whether you are looking for a full "Passive" house, or just to simply encourage recycling on the job site, we can do it all.
